The Branch on Milledge shares downstairs space with an established business with office hours (typically Monday thru Thursday 830am-5pm and Friday until 2pm). In addition to enjoying the bustling life on Milledge from the comfort of the rattan porch armchairs, or the backyard patio, guests may have access to the lovely downstairs office spaces with prior arrangement. Full kitchen and dining areas are available for your convenience as well.
Additionally, the property features a lovely front lawn, large, fenced backyard with gas grill, outdoor seating, TV, gas fire pit and convenient pass through window with outside counter for getting things quickly from the kitchen. Follow your favorite sports team and host a fabulous tailgate before wandering down Baxter Street to cheer on the Dawgs.
Also, when you book the entire space, events can be added for an additional fee. In fact, we can help you host an event as part of your stay or as a stand alone event. We are ideally set up to help you host events such as a family reunion, graduation celebration, bridal shower or rehearsal dinner. Additional fees for hosting events will apply. Please note that 3tree Realty and Deep Roots Property Management operate on the main level M-Th until 5pm and Friday at 2pm. Access to that area of the house will be restricted during that time.
