Athens' famous Halloween costume parade steps off at 8:00 PM sharp on W. Hancock Ave. near Creature Comforts Brewing Co. and winds through downtown, ending at the festival zone and dance party on W. Washington St. (between Lumpkin and Pulaski), which runs until 11 PM.
